Doug Johnson Posted 27 February , 2006 Share Posted 27 February , 2006 During the war, many units kept records of their own members taken prisoner, usually through a committee, so that they could send money and parcels through the Red Cross. Some of these survive ie The Queens, Royal West Surrey Regiment book is in the Surrey History Centre. Does anyone know of any more that exist and where they are?
