Hello

A bit off the track, but can someone tell me where I can find a service number for a Leading Aircraftsman of the mid 1920s.

The man was killed in an air crash, but I have only his name.

Thanks for any help in advance.

If he was serving in 1918 the the RAF Muster Rolls @ the NA might be useful, though set in numerical order if serving he would[should] be on them ,a bit of a search but possible.

Also the RAF Museum @ Hendon has if I recall; Air crash reports on file.

Failing that RAf Records @ RAF Innsworth,Glouc.
