The replacement{s} may refer to two different items replaced from seperate Rolls;{ie the Star & the BWM/Victory}as 2 references* {68/W/546 & 68/W/1955; *which would be the new roll references} are given there appears to be only one further date other than qualifying date in 1914,that of 4th Dec.1953.The best way to confirm is from the Rolls proper.
