Can any pal tell me what the following reference to KR's means?

"Discharged medically unfit Para 392(ii) ©"

The soldier concerned enlisted in the 8th Bn R Irish Rifiles on 06 10 14 and was discharged on 14 11 14. He then re-enlisted in the 13th Bn R Ir Rifles and was killed 08 12 17.

thanks in advance
