Kitty VAD Posted 19 February , 2006 Share Posted 19 February , 2006 Hello all, this is my first posting on the forum and it regards Pte Knight of the Lancs fusiliers. I found an ID in a box of tat at my local car boot (east Yorks) It's one of the wide oval, privately purchased ID bracelets and bears no other info apart from his religion (Congregational) He's not listed on the CWGC search so I can only presume he survived. Any further info on Bttn etc would be greatly appreciated. I paid £1 for it and the lovely man on the stall said 'melt it down love-you'll get your money back in scrap......' thanks all K
Blackblue Posted 19 February , 2006 Share Posted 19 February , 2006 This appears to be the only EF Knight in the MICs. Rgds Tim http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documen...&resultcount=
