Remembered Today:

South Lancs.

6th Shropshires

Hi All

Hoping any South Lancs. expert can help.

In my K.S.L.I. database I have 360 men who transfered to the South Lancs., there is one range of numbers that I am very interested in, it runs from 34595 to 34926 (I have about 43 missing from this run). I believe they could be men of the 6th K.S.L.I. who left the Battalion during March 1919 to join the 2nd South Lancs.

As anyone ever come across this run of numbers while looking through the South Lancs. medal rolls and if you have could you give me the referance number for the volume that holds these numbers.

Thanks in advance

Annette
