Anyone can tell me more on this casualty I've just seen on holiday in a French cemetery at Provins.

Poor chap was a lone British soldier amongst several French graves.

I assume there was a hospital at Provins.I'm sure there are some Argylls experts out there.

I posted some info on this on the Forum some time ago. Private Connor came from Slateford in Edinburgh and died having been taken ill when his unit was being transferred by train to assist the French
