Dragon Posted 15 February , 2006 Share Posted 15 February , 2006 I'm trying to find the exact date (year) of the construction of the drill hall in Penn Street, Oakham. The helpful museum staff gave me an email contact, but my emails to him are repeatedly returned as undeliverable. Can anyone help, please, by suggesting a contact of whom I can ask this simple question on behalf of Graeme's Drill Hall Database? Maybe a local historian? Or does anyone happen to know the answer? I have plenty of photos of the building, but just wish to check its provenance. Cheers Gwyn
