James Edward Liley

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how I can find out if the James E Liley in the national archives would be the one I am looking for.

He was born in Chester-le-Street 1897 and don't know anything about him at all. But with a name like Liley it is not very common.

I have not checked the absent voters yet like Steve suggested before.

I found these details on National Archives - James E Liley Durham Light Infantry 25060 Private and 103235 Private Cat ref no WO 372/12.

If anyone has any info on how I can search this further. I look forward to hearing from someone.
