I am tracking down a number of officers who were warded the DSO and bar; the London Gazette gives details of some citations but the location and date of the event, for which the medal was awarded is often not mentioned.

I see from the Long Long Trail that "The Distinguished Service Order" by General Sir O'Moore Creagh gives plenty of deatils - does any one have it and, if so, would you be prepared to do look ups?
