is anyone compiling a data base of soldiers from the east lancs,this appeared in the MEN

a fracas between two soldiers of a lancashire regt resulted in the death of one of them,pte thomas hughes,age 35,the other man,pte john howley age 25 is in custody,its alledged that the two men quarrelled in the canteen and hughes received a blow which he later died from,the accused is from burnley.
