Guest Keith_1 Posted 18 January , 2006 Share Posted 18 January , 2006 I am a new member so hopefully this will work! I am researching two brothers Alfred Edward Bass (Queens Westminster rifles) who was killed in action at Glencorse Wood, East of Ypres on 16th August 1917. Age 29. Also I am interested in his brother: Victor Abram Bass (20th Royal Fusiliers) was killed in action at High Wood, Somme, on the 20th July 1916, Aged 27. As you can probably tell, I have some information already. I got most of this info from letters they sent to their mother. I am interested if anyone can give me any information.....and if you had any photos!!! Thanks.
