I'v seen various volumes offered on different site, but never volume 4, the one that covers WW1. Even in library catalogues i;v checked, volume 4 is always missing. Before someone asks, there must (should anyway) be a Volume 4 as there is a volume 5 which deals with WW2. I obtained a copy through abebooks.co.uk in 2004 for £65 + £3.50 p&p. Not cheap, but I couldn't find a copy anywhere else.
