Sgt York Posted 9 December , 2002 Share Posted 9 December , 2002 Could someone check the SDGW CD Rom for the name 'P. Dodson'. The name is inscribed on my town memorial. Only two P. Dodsons are coming up on the CWGC database. I'm looking for a Liverpool/Bootle/Litherland/Seaforth connection for the man. Also, if any other P. Dodsons come up could you check them for the same connection. CWGC Database Pte 3388 PERCIVAL DODSON 1st/5th Bn Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regt.) There are 51 Dodson names in SDGW. No other P. Dodson but the following 2 did have the connections you wanted: 18271 Pte Henry Dodson, 2nd Royal Scots Fusiliers. KiA 27/9/15. Born Lymm, Cheshire.
