HarryBettsMCDCM Posted 1 January , 2006 Share Posted 1 January , 2006 The date given of 1953 would suggest they may have been; as Welshdoc suggests lost{during WW2 in the Blitz??},destroyed or Stolen,In these cases a form of application had to be filled in stating the circumstances of loss/destruction & if acceptable they would have been replaced FOC,if not meetiung the criteria of a legitimate Free claim they could have then been officially replaced on prepayment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
