Hello George

Have a look at the National Archives Website and search the WW1 medals part for your relation. There are a few people with the name Thomas Crump.

Does he have a middle name or have you any idea of the regiment that he served in?

Hi George

I have found the following:

Private Thomas Crump 9381 Royal Warwickshire Regiment

Private Thomas Crump 19501 4th Worcestershire Regiment

Private Thoams Crump 27771 Rotal Warwickshire Regiment

I could not see one that served in both regiments.

If you or someone in the family has his medals you will see his name and regiment around the medal.

Dear Enoch et al,

Thanks for helping George, my nephew, in his interest in the great War. He is thrilled to get replies from people. To get replies with such detail are fascinating for both of us. We will both be making a trip to honour our great (great) uncle. You have helped both of us!!

Thanks everyone

George (9) and and jayne (45)
