Gat Posted 22 December , 2005 Share Posted 22 December , 2005 Hi: I am researching the life of my Uncle Trevor, 2nd Lieut. G.A.T. Benson who was killed in the trenches between Les Boeufs and Le Transloy on 28th October, 1916. At the time of his death he was serving in the 1st Middlesex. Does anyone have a copy of the trench maps for this area? I would really like to hear from you if you can help (or even if you can't!).

Gat Posted 23 December , 2005 Author Share Posted 23 December , 2005 Thanks Malcolm and Egbert for the reference to an earlier discussion about Kurt Thielicke. The attachments are all blocked in some way. Any ideas how I can get to them?

Unfortunately many old threads still have no pictures attached - Its a case of waiting until the guvnor uploads all the old pics. Glyn
