He was in the 1st Batt Dorset Regt, 15th Bde 5th Division BEF. In Aug the Dorset were in Belfast. I will PM you if you don't mind. However the scan above does not allow us to read it. Could you either re-scan or provide a transcript? I'm we would all like an insight into what the average Tommy was thinking as he was on the verge of setting off for war. Have you been able to identify the sender?
