Hello,

I’m looking for info on the whereabouts of the 11th (Lambeth) battalion the Queens in July 1917.

I believe they were somewhere south of the Ypres-Comines Canal, but any and more exact info is appreciated in particular their whereabouts on 26th July 1917.

Thanks

Tony

according to thier history they were at "de zon camp" and "imperial trench" on the 26/7/17 they lost nine killed and seventeen wounded mostly from B company, there is also a map showing the area at a scale of 1" to 400 yards in this book as well best regards John :)

Hello John,

Thanks a lot for that. Is there any chance of you emailing me a scan of the map as I plan to go to Ypres next month?

Cheers

Tony
