R. Kewley. At the outbreak of war he was with 2nd Battalion Rifle Brigade and rose to be acting Lt. Col by the end of hostilities in 1918. MIDMED Posted 25 December , 2005 Share Posted 25 December , 2005 Hello Brian Kewley, may have served with the 2 R.B at sometime prior to 1914 but i believe he served with the 3 R B throughout the war. may have been Officer Commanding by 1918, retired in 1922 from the Regular Army becoming a director for a brewrey company.
