A web site described this publication as a 14 part document with a section for each major city in England. Does the team know if this document is 'England only'? HarryBettsMCDCM Posted 2 December , 2005 Share Posted 2 December , 2005 The Original intention was to cover the United Kingdom,however the 1920s publisher's only managed to produce the 14 Editions covering the Areas listed before publication ceased.
