SDGW look up request: Syndey Oldis, 8n Leicestershires

Hi

Would someone be kind enough to do a look up on SDGW for Private Sydney Oldis, Service No. 42155, 8th Btn. Leicestershire Reg. I have details on CWGC and Medal Rolls, but trying to establish where he enlisted, served, and what category of death. Medal Rolls give no no indications.

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks Harribob for your very fast response, with all the info. I was looking for. Seems like this lad managed to be involved with 2 regiments and still die aged 18 years.
