Yes, they are Livens projectors. The caption mentions the presence of an unexploded projectile from a German heavy Minenwerfer in the frame. If this is refering to the canister next to the Livens projector in the foreground, then the caption is incorrect. This appears to be a gas cylinder for the Livens projector. It is definitely not a heavy Minenwerfer shell.
