This is a well produced and highly researched book giving details on over 800 men and women from Co. Louth, Ireland who died in the the Great War. It was previously thought that less than 400 people from the county had been killed. Many of the entries include photographs of the deceased and articles from local newspapers about them. It is by far the best of the "remembrance" books I have seen. It also has a substantial thought-provocing introduction. Included are photographs of local war memorials. A must-buy.
