WIMBLEDON and MERTON ROLL of HONOUR

I have a copy of the following: "A RECORD OF THE HONOURED MEN OR WIMBLEDON & MERTON WO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918" published by Mitchell, Huges and Clarke in 1921.

The books contents are:

Roll of Honour pages 1-50 (aprox 1100 names)

Notes of Activities in Wimbledon pages 53-106

Notes of Activities in Merton and Morden 105-108

Details of those listed in the Roll of Honour are limited to: Name, Rank, Unit, Date joined (not always present), Theatre and date of death with indication of cause, KIA DOW D, awards such as V.C. M.M. and M.I.D

I have made no attempt to transcribe or create any kind of database from this book at present, so bulk searches are not yet possible (eg all the men from a given Battalion), but I'm more than happy to look for individuals.

Regards,

Chris.
