Tracing a French soldier

Hi All

As my French is ashamedly poor, is there an equivalent CWGC and is there anyway of tracking down information on a Joseph Bernard, the only other information I have is he has number 19 in his collar and he was sadly killed

Any advice as ever gratefully received

thanks Gareth.....and it has an English version.....trouble is there are 153 of that name so I may struggle a bit
