11th k.o.y.l.i. wrist watch identification

hello,

i am new here..this is my first post....i recently purchased a wrist watch and a pair of military sunglasses..the wrist watch is in a protective clamshell case..inside the case holds the watch..the watch face also has a protective grille....on the back of the watch it i engraved

pte. j. t. briggs (i think its jt could be gt)

i was just curious about the person who owned the watch....any help or information would be greatly appreciated...thank you ,

Did you get the bits from Ebay? as I just got the same mans Paybook last week - very little in it but I can add a few details he was a bricklayer and enlisted for the Duration of War on 30/10/15 at the age of 20 years and 3 months. With the paybook was a short history of the KOYLI marked inside J T Briggs 7th Batt - so I guess as well as the 11th he was also in the 7th for a time.

If you download his MIC can you post a copy on here or email it to me - no point in us both paying for it.
