ypres1418 Posted 3 October , 2005 Share Posted 3 October , 2005 Roy, The 7th Bn Royal Sussex were there in February 17, It was the left sector of the front line, near the Scarpe, the left hand company of the bn had their trenches on a small island in the scarpe and relief had to be done just before dawn usung on old punt!
