Bob Coulson Posted 31 July , 2003 Share Posted 31 July , 2003 Just got a copy of Officers taken POW 1914-1918. Usual info is name, regiment, when posted missing and when repatriated. Occasional other info i.e. died in captivity or escaped. Happy to do any look-ups. Bob.

Bob Coulson Posted 27 August , 2003 Author Share Posted 27 August , 2003 Anthony, Capt W G Pearson listed as missing on June 16th 1915 and repatriated in September of 1917. No place of internment given but interestingly quite a few from this regt repatriated in 1917. Hope this is of some help. Bob.

Will O'Brien Posted 28 August , 2003 Share Posted 28 August , 2003 Bob - Thanks for the info - trying to glean as much as poss on this illusive character - All indications he survived the war (MC awarded December 1919) but he is listed on a local memorial - No CWGC record which suggests death occured after the cut off date (31/8/21??)
