kildaremark Posted 9 September , 2005 Share Posted 9 September , 2005 I know it is not really WW1 but does anyone know what units were sent to Liverpool in 1919 during the police strikes of July. I know that there were four tanks on St. George's Plateau and artillery soldiers there. Has anybody ever read anything about the strikes / newspaper reports / military documentation that would state what units were there.
