Serjeant Percy Heath MM. Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, 9th Bn. Service no. 37698. I have been searching the London Gazette to try and find the date his award was announced. I have found

Gazette Issue 29608 published on the 2 June 1916. Page 39.

13491 Pte. P. Heath 9th Bn., Yorks. L. I.

Could this be my man with a different service number ?

Can anybody do me a SDGW search to see if his service number changed.

The medal cards only show one service number

Whilst 13491 P Heath has an MIC for his MM there doesn't seem to be one for his service medals.
