Off the top of my head around 38,000 in the French Cemetery, 650+ in La Targette CWGC next door and 45,000 German 500 metres away round the corner.

The exact figures are 12,210 burials of which 3,882 are in a mass grave; that is WW1. For WW2 there are 593 French, 4 Polish, 170 Belgian and 169 in a mass grave. The cemetery was made between 1919 and 1923, and the WW2 graves were added in 1956 from the Pas de Calais area. It covers an area of 44,525 m2.

The source for this is 'Atlas des Necropoles Nationales' (France, 1994).
