It is the "II, William Hopwood, Blackburn" bit in the additional information I don't understand - is it just a transcription error?

Name: COMASKEY, JAMES

Initials: J

Nationality:United Kingdom

Rank: Private

Regiment: Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment)

Unit Text: 2nd Bn.

Age: 42

Date of Death: 14/09/1915

Service No: 12539

Additional information: (served as KERSHAW). Son of John and Ann Comaskey, of II, William Hopwood, Blackburn; husband of Elizabeth Comaskey.

He was killed mining at La Boisselle, attached to 179th Tunnelling Company, incidentally.

Many thanks

Phil & Michelle

Thank you - it looks like it must be William Hopwood Street, Blackburn, presumably II should be 11.
