Wallerstein 15.09.1914 (invalided 11.10.1915) Br. Gen. E. W. B. Green 12.10.1915 Br. Gen. W. H. L. Allgood 13.04.1916 Br. Gen. N. A. Orr-Ewing 22.05.1918 Lt. Col. N. MacLeod 30.09.1918 (acting) Br.
