i have the 1923 roll of honour for sandhurst,listed are about 3000/3500 officers who died in the war,i can check if any of your officers are amongst them,it only gives name,initials,rank,regt and awards and year of death,also the number of the panel where his name is inscribed,bernard

sorry dave non are mentioned,but i have this info on r m oliver,from the roll of honour for solicitors and articled clerks.

roderic.mcgrath oliver

admitted to the bar 1908

member of oliver+lyall,52 cornhill.E.C

joined up oct 1914 as a 2Lt,5th batt east kent regt,promoted Lt and ADJ.transferred to the household batt,household cavalry and then 2nd batt grenadier guards,served at home till oct 1916,then to france where he was killed at st leger near arras on aug 27th 1918.bit more on the cwgc,bernard

hiya dave,complements of e,bay,got it for a song,the bloke who sold it didnt look to careful at it,cos there were three mint condition postcards of the chapel inside the pages,its also named to the owner,bernard
