Neil Burns Posted 17 July , 2003 Share Posted 17 July , 2003 Hello, Below is a link to an article which ran in the Bergen Record yesterday. I thought the story might be of interest it deals with possible German sabatoge at a munitions plant in Lyndhurst NJ. It mentions the Black Tom explosion, just for the record Black Tom was a pier from which ships were loaded and not a factory. My Grandfather worked for the Jersey Central Railroad and he and other Jersey City residents were still talking about the Black Tom explosion in the 1970's and '80's. Hope you find it interesting, Neil I also hope I didn't mess up the link! North Jersey.com
