bmac Posted 1 August , 2005 Share Posted 1 August , 2005 Sadly no though I imagine the War Diary would have details of any artillery or mortar exchanges, for example. Otherwise, it would seem a regular rotation in relatively quiet trenches so your man would be an unfortunate casualty of trench attrition I would guess.
