Hello,

Need help on the type of aircraft in the photo and any other info please.

Photo taken at RNAS station in South of England, the person second right on back row (in overalls) is William (Bill) Myers of Cumberland. He later became a sucessfull local business man.

Yes it's a Camel, the cowling looks like a BR1 engine which would fit with it being a RNAS machine.

Some of the men in front of the Camel are wearing Army/RFC uniforms. Seeing them presumably in the same unit as the men in RNAS uniforms dates the photo as after the fortmation of the RAF on 1 April 1918.
