As part of on-going research into my family history, I'm trying to find out the regiment which Ben Nock served in. He married my great aunt (who was the sister of L/Cpl E. S. Timmins DCM, Staffordshire Yeomanry).

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Ray

I'm sure the Benjamin Nock I'm after survived the war.

Thanks

I've just been on the PRO website, and it seems that Benjamin Nock was 23 in 1901 and worked as a gas works labourer in West Bromwich.

Thanks

Ray
