rarpos Posted 19 July , 2005 Share Posted 19 July , 2005 Friends, Today is the anniversary of the Battle of Fromelles, that was fought on 19th July 1916. Many Australians of the 5th Division had their first taste of a Western Front battle, and many, including my great uncle Charles Wyatt, did not survive. Lets remember them. frev Posted 19 July , 2005 Share Posted 19 July , 2005 Remembering all those who lost their lives - including Frank Donaldson (60th Bn) who died this day in his wounded brother's arms.
