Real action photos?

In two different Histories of World War I-on the LASt German Offensive of March 1918

there is one photo of a French Soldier falling after being shot and

there is another photo showing a frech soldier lying dead at the right in the background while in the foreground left is a blurred figure of a German Storm trooper.
