more info about william john lewis,his MM was gazetted on 11-2-19,would that suggest he won it around november,he was in the 129th field ambulance,anyone know where they were in november,bernard

Hi Bernard,

From Long, Long Trail: 129th field ambulance were part of the 38th (Welsh) Division for the whole duration of the war. At the time you suggest, this Division were involved in the Battle of the Selle (17th - 25th Oct 1918) and the Battle of the Sambre (4th Nov 1918).
