HERITAGE PLUS Posted 20 June , 2005 Share Posted 20 June , 2005 Steve Norton Hall was situated in the Norton (Woodseats) area in the southern part of Sheffield. The owner immediatley before WW1 was a Colonel Firth whose wife laid the foundation stone in 1911 of St.Chad's Church. I am not sure whether the hall still exists as it stood near what is now Graves Park. There are 28 WW1 men buried in Norton Cemetery Sheffield.
