Hi Bernard

Unfortunately he's not one of the soldiers I'm researching, but you may want to also make the offer on the Australian Lighthorse forum (they do seem to take non-Lighthorse queries) as there are a few people there researching soldiers from NSW.

Cheers

Andrew

Would this be a similar photo Bernard. I found this on the Australian War Memorial site.

It has the caption,

"January 1917 Two unidentified Australian soldiers visiting the snow covered graves of fallen comrades in a cemetery loacted between Albert and Becordel. The cross on the left reads: "In memory of 13857 Private K J Wade, 7AFA, died of wounds, 16 November 1916, aged 20".
