PFF Posted 31 May , 2005 Share Posted 31 May , 2005 While looking on CWGC Debt of honour reports on CWGC cemeteries there is the phrae of Special memorials for those who are beleived buried in particular cemetery but gravesite has been lost. In those so listed-would thier Roll of Honour in the Regimental museum acknowlege this fact-such as: "BURIED IN CWGC CEMETERY ---- AT--- WITH A SPEICAL MEMORIAL ..."? John_Hartley Posted 31 May , 2005 Share Posted 31 May , 2005 I think the short answer is "it will depend". And I presume it will depend on what form any roll of honour might take. So some might inlcude burial info, others might just be a list of names. For example, to the best of my knowledge, the only info available at the Manchesters Museum is taken from CWGC itself.
