PFF Posted 28 May , 2005 Share Posted 28 May , 2005 A soldier of the Royal Fusiliers (Jewish Service Battalion) was Jacob Shaft (Szaft) who died 1-3-1918 while serving in "Jewish Legion" for the liberation of Land of Israel.
