Son of James Jones (b1859,Haverfordwest, Lettercarrier GPO) and Ellen Jones (b1863, Cardigan) Brothers and sisters : James Phillips Jones (1889), William Jones (1890), Ellen Jones (1896) Cousin : James Chason Phillips (1877) Other "possibles", all born Haverfordwest. Thomas Jones, b 1873, living Aberdare, Son Thomas Jones, b 1877, living Aberdare, Son-in-law Thomas Jones, b 1891, living Haroldston St Issell Thomas Jones, b 1879, lving St Mary Tenby in Liberty. Beware assumptions but the top one looks favourite to me...
