HI, I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM BUT SO FAR HAVE FOUND IT TO BE A GREAT HELP.

I NEED HELP WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEDAL CARD FOR MY GREAT GREAT UNCLE. I HAVE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD HIS MEDAL CARD BUT FOR SOME REASON I AM UNABLE TO GET THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. SO I WONDERED IF ANY ONE OUT THERE MAY HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON HIS MEDAL CARD.

Tracey, do you mean you are having trouble downloading it from the National Archives site? If so, I had the same problem, and I emailed them and they sent it to me via email in a PDF file. You could try asking them the same.

Theres no need to shout!

Just a pointer on "Netiquette" on messageboards. Typing continually in UPPER CASE is consider shouting. Bad form, you know :D

We all fall foul of not knowing things at times.

Unless you think all of us WWI people are all old and deaf, of course... ;)

Young whippersnappers, going around shouting and screaming all the time... Puts us right off our cocoa and biscuits.

Steve.

PS Nice punctuation and grammar, nonetheless.
