- or it may even be at Hebuterne. One of the two anyway!

Does anyone know about it? Name or contact details?

I should have taken details when I was having a quick refresher recently but didn't.

I thought it was called the Hotel du Nord and was in Fonquevilliers?

Details from the French 'White Pages' (phone book):

Hôtel du Nord

r Haute 62111 FONCQUEVILLERS 03 21 07 62 00

Thanks Paul.

Yes that is it. Notable in my mind, apart from a place to stay, as having the most enormous room at the back, which you see as you go to the gents, with a great 'U' shaped table layout seating, I would have thought, circa 150 upwards.

Yes - they must have some interesting events there! Nice place for a drink when walking the area; I never stayed there, but know people who have. They said it was basic but good; what you would expect from such a French establishment!
