Chris_Baker Posted 7 May , 2005 Share Posted 7 May , 2005 11089 Pte William Wall landed in France with the 11st (Service) Battalion, the West Yorkshire Regiment. He eventually rose to become Acting Warrant Officer Calass 1 - which I imagine was Acting Regimental Sergeant Major.
